Danny Jowers serves as the Obion County Emergency Management Agency Director. 

It is the mission of the Obion County Emergency Management Agency to help protect the citizens of Obion County against any natural or man-made disasters.  ​The Obion County Emergency Management Agency office focuses efforts in building up the county’s resources in the areas of mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
